Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately we are unable to issue exchanges, returns or refunds unless in the case of a manufacturing fault.
If you receive a faulty item, please email hello@kathleenkedwell.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name and order number and the reason for concern. We will confirm item(s) availability before processing the request.
Customers will be responsible for all Express shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted.
Kathleen Kedwell Jewels must receive the product in the original packaging via Express Post and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

For refunds, all faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. Refunds may be granted for faults with manufacturing. Kathleen Kedwell Jewels must receive the product in the original packaging and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.
If you are requesting a refund we will credit your nominated bank account.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality checked before they are ready for dispatch however on the very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.
Please note that the general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Manufacturing faults do not include cracked or broken metal or marks and/or damage to the fastening type or mechanism. Please see the Care Instructions on the website for further information.
