CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Kathleen Kedwell Jewels are individually handmade and are hollow in nature, making them light in weight but potentially fragile, so please handle delicately and lovingly. Always keep your item stored in a safe place in original suede packaging, taking care to avoid perfume, moisturiser, lotions, oils and other cosmetics. Do not wet the jewellery. Take jewellery off when washing hands, having a shower or swimming. Dropping causing damage will not be considered a fault and will not result in a refund. Damage from careless wear is not the responsibility of Kathleen Kedwell Jewels.

 

WARRANTY

Kathleen Kedwell Jewels is issued with a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. *This warranty does not cover general wear and tear or misuse.
